Will the doctor who prescribed me the birth control please step forward!! I need some answers! So this is a HUGE shock to both Sterling and I!! We have just found out we are expecting a little "icky icky". We call the baby "icky icky" because we both agree it must be a boy, and my nickname for Sterling is Icky- so this little guy gets the nick name icky icky. I must be honest with you, I am no where close to being ready for a life of a mother. Sterling and I agreed we were going to wait a couple of years to get the house and financials squared away before we started a family. I guess the Lord has something else in mind for us! We still haven't told anyone until we have our first appointment (kind of the final confirmation we need I guess). It still really hasn't hit me yet, I just feel sick and worried all the time. And lately I feel extremely fat! All I want to do some days are curl up in bed and sleep! And trust me there are times where I just clock out and walk up a couple of hours later! I do have to admit I get a little more excited when I see all the newborns (ex: Max). Makes my heart melt! Then my mind starts working and I think of all the pain of having a baby and all the fears of being a mother! At that point I start to cry or pass out from complete exhaustion! BUT I am blessed with the most caring and loving husband who has done nothing but support me! (and the water works begin!). Seriously Sterling has been the only thing that keeps me going, gets me out of bed and moving forward. His constant care and excitement helps me SO much! I can tell he has such a great love for this baby already!

Holy Smokes! That is so crazy! That is my biggest fear is that I am going to get pregnant again soon on birth control! I'm sure you were seriously shocked and overwhelmed! It's a huge responsibility, but it's also the most rewarding and amazing thing ever! I've only been a mom for two weeks and can't imagine life without her! I am so excited for you and know you will be such a great mom! Congrats and keep us updated on how the pregnancy is going!
You are going to be great. That would be a big surprise to find out. Congrats. I bet your mom is way excited. This will be their first grand baby right.
Can you tell me what kind you were on so I can use a different kind? We are so not ready for a baby. :)
