My very 1st trip to the ER

Thursday night...like any other night. Sterling, his father Bruce and I had gone out to eat and then spent some time afterwards at Sterlings house. Sterling and I had decided to get midnight tickets to The Fast and the Furious. After picking up tickets around 9pm we headed back to his place and took a little nap on the couch until 11. We got to the showhouse and waited in the line for the 12:05 showing. The line was long and we had about a half hour before we were able to get seats. As we were standing there everthing was fine, I was a little tired and trying to pop out of my cat nap mood. When all of the sudden I felt like I was starting to have an anxiety attack and got really warm. My chest got really tight and I looked up at Sterling and said I think Im having an anxiety attack while trying to take my coat off when BAM I was out! I dont remember falling or anything for sometime, the only thing I could hear was Sterling saying my name and seeing nothing but black. When I finally came too I couldnt understand where I was or why my mind was so foggy. The first thing I said was Sterling (I had actually said this a couple of times but according to Sterling it was in my head because I didnt say a thing)and then grab for my head because it hurt so bad. My vision was blurry for a little while and then Sterling helped me sit up. I could tell Sterling was really worried. And after sitting there for a little they helped me up and walked me to the nearest sitting area only to start blacking out again. So Sterling sat me down on the floor and an employee got us some water. All I could think about was my head and how bad it hurt. We sat there for some time and thats when I asked him what happened. Sterling told me that I was unbuttoning my coat and telling him that I was having an anxiety attack when I went down like a straight board! He said that I went down so fast and hard that he didnt have time to catch me and my head hit so hard that my sholders and head hit my chest and then hit the cement floor again. He though at one point that I was having a seizure because my whole body got really tight, so tight that he couldnt straighten my legs or arms. So after I came too and felt well enough we went back to Sterlings place and kind of waiting around to decided weather we should got to the ER or not. After some time my headach proceded to get worse and I decided to go to the walk in clinic. Once there they simply told me to go to the ER. So to the ER I went. They must have known I was coming because they took me right back a room and saw the doctor right away. After an EKG, blood, urine, cat scan and a bunch of other test I waited around for the test results. As I layed there I wished that Sterling didnt have to work. An hour goes by and the ambulance brought in an older man into the room next to mine. I could tell it was serious because everyone was running around and family was running into the room and up and down the hall. Not to long after that I could feel that this man had passed. And sure enough I could hear the flat line of the heart monitor and then his wife crying. I instantly wanted to get out of there! I text Sterling and told him that I wanted him there ASAP! And he was so kind as to call of work to be by my side. Sterling got to my room just as I was rolled back into my room from a cat scan. We sat there for awhile and then got the good news that everthing checked out ok. I do have a minor concussion but nothing serious at all. I was told to get loads of rest and to take it easy. After being released Sterling got some lunch and we headed to my place to eat and rest. His father dropped by to check in but didnt stay long so I could get some rest. After that Sterling and I slept til around 8 and then he took off in my car to get his car back to his place and take care of some things. He later came by to drop off my car and see how I was doing. I am so blessed to have such a wonderful, loving boyfriend! Thank you Sterling!

So this picture is the SECOND attempt to get blood! He started on the right hand and kept stabbing me, finally I told him to stop because I was getting REALLY light headed then he went to the left arm. Kind of messy, but he finally got blood! Then he left the thing in me!! AHH not comfortable!
This picture was taken right when I was put into my room, notice Im not on the bed (it creeped me out that I was there alone with all that medical stuff)...
